Lazhar STA is a Tunisian businessman. As a partner of Belhassen Trabelsi, brother of former president Ben Ali's wife, Lazhar STA was the general manager of the company Carthage Cement.

The holding company BINA CROP of the Lazhar STA Group is among the Tunisian leaders in the construction materials market.

Lahar STA is shareholder of two radios, Mosaique FM and Jawhara FM.
